Our Policy
At Sainthouse, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Request a Return
- Contact our support team via the support page to initiate a return.
- You will receive a confirmation email with instructions and a return shipping label.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back using the provided label.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please mention this when requesting a return. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for safety.
Lost or Damaged Returns
We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged during shipping. Please keep your tracking number until the return is completed.
FAQs
- Can I return a gift? Yes, you can return gifts using the same process. Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.
- Can I exchange multiple items? Yes, but each item must be requested individually through our support system.
- Do you offer store credit? Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Store credit is not currently offered.
