We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact. A proof of purchase or receipt is also required.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service when sending back items to ensure safe delivery.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a new item is to return the one you have and then place a new order once your return has been accepted.
We may occasionally offer free size exchanges; please email us if your item does not fit properly, and our team will review your case.
For changes in color, variant, or product, customers must process a standard return and place a new order.
6. Cancellations
Due to our automated warehouse operations, orders are processed within approximately 12 hours of purchase. Once processing begins, we are unable to cancel the order.
If you notice any errors in address, size, or product variant, please contact us immediately after placing the order. We may be able to make last-minute adjustments before shipping.
If the order has already been shipped, customers can return the item after delivery following the standard return process.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If approved, a refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
