Refund Policy


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact.sainthouse@gmail.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the address provided. We have different return addresses by region and will strive for the best one based on your location. We will provide details and instructions via email.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

We also have a return address in Asia, if needed by the customer.

Note: The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable method to ship the product.

Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you own and, once the return is accepted, make a new purchase of the desired product. However, we do offer free size exchanges in some cases—please email us if the product doesn't fit and we'll see what we can do. Exchanges of color, model, or variant must be made by the customer by returning the product and making a new purchase.

Cancellation


Cancellations are not possible because our warehouse is fully automated and processes orders within 12 hours of purchase. At this point, the shipping label has already been issued and the order is on its way. The customer must wait for the package to arrive and, if desired, may return it in accordance with our policy.

However, we may, in some cases, change the address, size, or variant at the last minute. If the customer notices an error, they must notify us immediately.

Damages and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Items We Do Not Accept Returns
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), personalized products (custom or personalized orders), and personal care products (cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

14-Day Cooling Off Period – European Union


If the order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As with all other policies, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds


We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, letting you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or card issuer to process and release the funds.
